Production Engineer

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical

Engineering, or any related field.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production engineering role or similar

capacity within a manufacturing environment.

• Proven track record of monitoring and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

to drive production efficiency and quality improvements.

• Experience in leading or participating in process improvement projects, utilizing

methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

• Demonstrated experience in supervising and developing teams, including training

and mentoring staff to enhance performance and skill sets.

• Familiarity with quality control processes, tools, and techniques, including

experience in troubleshooting defects and conducting Root Cause Failure Analysis

(RCFA).
