Production Engineer

What you'll be doing

• Process Optimization: Analyse existing production workflows to eliminate waste (non-value-added activities) using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Systems & Layout Design: Design and plan factory layouts, production lines, and workstations to optimize material flow and space requirements.
• Equipment & Tooling: Design or source specialized tools, jigs, fixtures, and machinery. They also oversee the installation, calibration, and maintenance of these systems.
