About The Role

Join Hynds Pipe Systems — one of New Zealand's leading infrastructure product manufacturers — as a Production Engineer at our Pokeno facility. Reporting to the Senior Production Engineer, you will drive continuous improvement, own project planning end-to-end, and champion quality right first time across our precast manufacturing operation. This is a permanent night shift position. An initial period of day shift training will be provided to ensure you are fully set up for success before transitioning to nights.

What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate production to meet daily and weekly manufacturing schedules
• Allocate and supervise work across teams, monitor output, downtime, waste and rework
• Ensure product specifications, inspection and testing plans are strictly met
