Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Handling the In‑process Quality control for Pipe manufacturing process and the fitting manufacturing process.
• Handling the Heat treatment process.
• Handling the Outgoing finish good Quality control for Pipes and Fittings.
• Analysing the quality issue in manufacturing process and applying the corrective action to maintain the Quality of the pipes and fittings.
• Train QC inspectors of proper measuring techniques and update on quality criteria.
• Implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Issue NCR and follow up on nonconforming product until closure.

Mechanical Testing

• Carrying the NDT testing to the products (EDDY CURRENT TEST, DIE PENETRATION TEST).

Education

• At least a Science/Engineering Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Material Science.
