Job Title : Production Engineer
Reports To Production Manager
JOB OBJECTIVES
Support daily production by maintaining smooth workflows, quality and safety compliance and efficient use of machines and manpower, while driving continuous productivity improvements through strong shop floor engagement and cross functional coordination.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Planning & Execution
Support daily and shift wise production based on targets shared by the Production Manager.
Ensure production activities are carried out as per defined schedules, quantities and quality standards.
Monitor actual output versus plan and report deviations with reasons
Shop Floor Operations & Process Control
Monitor day to day shop floor activities to ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
Ensure correct usage of machine, tools and equipment by operators.
