Overview
Job Summary: This position will build a daily prioritization base on production needs and the current situation, as well as provide support and training to newcomers.
This position will be based in the Mexicali, Baja California plant and will report to the Production Manager.
Tetra Pak does not sponsor work or relocation visas for this position.
What You Will Do Build a daily prioritization base on production needs and the current situation. Be a pillar of support in terms of achieving KPIs/targets. Promote World Class Manufacturing (WCM) activities, especially in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) tasks with your day-to-day work team. Be a pillar of support in terms of execution of KAIs (Key Activity Indicator) Provide training and develop new employees.
