**RESPONSIBILITIES**
As our Line Engineer, you are responsible for the following tasks in the Operations team:
Your main focus:
+ Define work procedures for the line:
+ startup and stoppages, changeover, product changes, cleaning the machines and pipes, vision program, consumables management.
+ Ensure standardization with all the operations personnel.
+ Identify center lining values per format and machine and follow up its accomplishment.
+ Identify Quality’s devices and ensure calibration program is carried out.
+ Follow up the principal indicators of the line and analyse the cause: rejection rate per machine, decrease O.E.E., breakd...
