- Run and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a busy print site in the Midlands.
- Report directly to the Managing Director.
- Implement positive change management practices and motivate staff to achieve success.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all production processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience or qualification in Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.
Requirements
- Resident in the United Kingdom.
- Previous experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
