You will be responsible of the following tasks:
Manage production operations and coordinate with the maintenance and quality departmentsMonitor production activity (production dashboards, incident reports, quality, etc.)Contribute to the development and optimization of production processesCentralise and resolve all incidents (anomalies, information collection and causes of observed malfunctions) * Define and implement the necessary corrections (waste, compliance, etc.)Provide training to teams on technical advances, skills transfer, as well as quality, safety, and environmental standards.Define training needs to enable skills development for the entire team.Manage, evaluate, and manage production personnel (information, setting objectives, organising activities, technical assistance, safety)Raise team awareness of the requirements of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000The Successful Applicant
