Production Development Manager

Overview

If you are passionate about production development, this could be your next adventure. We are looking for a Production Development Manager for our Turku Supply. This position is permanent and located at Sandvik’s Turku site which is the cutting-edge product development and manufacturing center for our Load and Haul division.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of production development activities and production technology & methods to Load & Haul division strategy.
• Lead operational excellence activities to improve productivity and lead times.
• Lead investment projects and introduce new products to production.
• Support the team’s responsibilities, including method development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Production or Engineering, or a related field, with several years of hands-on leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of production development activities.
