Production data & reporting analyst

Fortuna Foods is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Production Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, stock, production records, and compliance documentation in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and who wants to step up as the data, traceability and ERP champion of a growing manufacturer.

The successful candidate will support the Production Manager and Production Control Supervisor by accurately capturing production figures, tracking raw material and WIP stock levels, maintaining traceability records, and assisting with stock counts and documentation. As Fortuna Foods implements a new ERP system, this person will be central to that rollout — making it a strong growth opportunity for someone with sharp data and technology instincts.
