Production Coordinator

Job Description

• Manages production scheduling and booking.
• Communicate any schedule changes especially clients abroad.
• Monitor all processes of the project, tracking time tickets of the production team. Completes and files paperwork.
• Assist in developing project plans with the production team.
• Following instructions carefully from clients' Project Manager and ensuring questions are asked to clarify instructions before commencing work.
• Perform data gathering and research activities and provide reports or summaries of information related to production.
• Assist with QMS implementation and ISO reporting.

Requirements and skills

• 2+ years’ proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Advanced skills in CAD.
• Knowledgeable in Odoo system is an advantage.
