• Plan, schedule and prepare production order details; call customer and dispatch order; scheduling with the Driver Department.
• Set objectives, guidelines, procedures, and priorities and schedules during day-to-day operations and equipment shutdowns.
• Manage, direct, and coordinate overall activities of the department and interaction with other departments.
• Promote safety by ensuring tailgate and safety meetings are held, developing the proper safety procedures, wearing required safety equipment, and following proper working environment and conditions.
• Establish and maintain communication within the department so there is continuity between different production teams.
