Production Control Supervisor (Ciudad Juárez)

Location: Monarca Plant, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua (E-Systems Division).

• Receive and analyze the requirements of our clients through releases 830 and 862.
• Generate the Master Production Program based on the 830 releases to maintain an inventory stock that ensures we cover the requirements of our clients.
• Based on the Master Production Schedule, generate the daily schedule by UBT and by shift.
• Monitor the adherence between what is produced and the production program.
• Generate monthly forecast of production, sales and inventories.
• Track the inventory value.
• Maintain direct contact with warehouse analysts to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
• Participate with the finance area in the reconciliation of finished products.
• Follow up on the Delivery Rating of our clients.
• Analyze and follow up on the Excess and Obsolete report.
