- Manage overall functions of the SCM section. - Take responsibility as PIC of Production Control operations.
- Control and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery. - Coordinate with purchasing, sales support, BOI, and store departments. - Supervise inventory management and stock control. - Handle purchasing tasks and supplier coordination when necessary. - Monitor SCM KPI and improve operational efficiency. - Coordinate with internal departments and management team. - Support problem solving related to production planning and material shortages. - Prepare reports and operational analysis for management. - Manage and develop team members within SCM section. - Ensure smooth communication between factory operations and management.
- Other tasks as assigned ①Overall management of the SCM section : 50% ②Make production schedule & Control : 40% ③Purchasing work : 10%
