Production Compliance Associate

Job Summary

Production Compliance Associate – regular working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch. 100% on‑site at the Windsor, Ontario site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate investigations within production, including CAPA implementation.
• Conduct operations compliance walkthroughs in production ensuring compliance with standards.
• Work with training personnel in the delivery of effective and timely training.
• Create, review, and revise master production documents ensuring consistency.
• Follow all SOPs, GMPs, and safety procedures.
• Report and implement corrective actions for trends and quality issues.
• Trend and monitor operation‑level compliance and communicate with operations teams to ensure actions are taken to meet Quality UPIs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
