Production Capabilities Program Manager

**Description:** In this position you will lead the day‑to‑day execution of the AUR+C Production Strategy Integration function within the CPS Flight Systems Directorate. Working directly under the AUR+C Production Integration Sr. PM, the role is responsible for delivering a cohesive vision and strategy for all immediate and long‑term AUR+C production strategies. The manager will drive the integrated production strategy, oversee pulse implementation across the program, champion continuous improvement, improve current production utilization, and scale production capacity in time phased increments – all of which are driving to meet the mission production demands and missile affordability objectives.
