**Job Description**

This role focuses on supporting a high-volume dairy production facility that specializes in yogurt and feta cheese. You will primarily cut and portion blocks of feta cheese by hand, weigh each piece accurately, and prepare products for packaging while following strict food safety and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Cut blocks of feta cheese by hand using knives, ensuring consistent portion sizes according to production specifications.
+ Weigh cheese portions accurately before packaging to meet product weight and quality requirements.
