Production Associate

**Job Title: Production Associate / Machine and Laser Operator**
**Job Description**
This role supports a metal fabrication manufacturing operation by performing general production, machine operation, laser operation, and assembly tasks. You will work with sheet metal, follow blueprints, and use a variety of hand and power tools to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate laser cutting equipment and metal fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.
+ Perform general production tasks, including material handling, part preparation, and basic finishing work.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to complete accurate cuts, measurements, and assemblies.
+ Use hand tools, power tools, mics, and calipers to measure, inspect, and adjust parts to specification.
+ Assemble sheet metal components and products according to work instructions and quality standards.
