Production Associate Our Production Associate is responsible for overseeing and performing a wide variety of tasks in order to produce high-quality product that conforms to customer specifications. The primary purpose of this job is to be in charge of the correct quality of materials and the end products produced by the company to safely and cost-effectively achieve performance targets. Production Associates are responsible for assisting in duties related to keeping the line running smoothly. Responsibilities: Complete various production tasks as assigned by the Production Operator. Clears pan jams from the line and removes and adds baking pans as needed. Troubleshoots basic causes of line stops and restarts production. Assist the production operator in line startups and changeovers. Oversee product quality and ensure the product is being produced in compliance with customer specifications.
