**Production Associate- Pay up to $18.50/hr- IN.**

**Location:** Indianapolis, IN

**Shift:** 3rd Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (2/2/3 Rotation)

**Pay:** Up to $18.50/hr + Shift Differentials + Weekly Overtime

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Pick components from bins using a light-guided computer system
+ Assemble and build kits according to specifications
+ Pack completed kits into shipping boxes
+ Verify order accuracy and quality before shipment
+ Apply labels accurately to boxes and kits
+ Move completed orders through designated shipping channels (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
+ Rotate between different workstations including picking, packing, labeling, and small assembly projects

**Required Qualifications**

+ Ability to stand for up to 12-hour shifts when needed
+ Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
