**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Job Description**
The Production Associate supports steel fabrication operations by deburring and grinding cut steel pieces using hand tools and power tools. This role focuses on producing clean, precise parts while maintaining a safe and efficient work area in a busy fabrication shop.

**Responsibilities**

+ Deburr and grind down cut pieces of steel to remove sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections.
+ Operate grinding tools, including a flapper disk tool running at approximately 11,000 RPM, in a safe and controlled manner.
+ Use hand tools, such as hand chisels, to refine and finish steel components as required.
+ Perform general labor tasks in the production area to support overall workflow and output.
+ Assist with basic machine operating tasks as directed to support steel fabrication processes.
+ Assemble components or parts as needed to meet production requirements.
