Production Associate

**Production Associate ($18-20/hr.)**

**Overview**

Support production by processing garments and materials, ensuring quality, and assisting across multiple work areas as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Inspect garments and transfers for quality
+ Press components onto garments
+ Count, pack, and label items accurately
+ Follow work orders and production procedures
+ Complete production logs and quality records
+ Use tools (picker, ruler guides, scales)
+ Move and organize materials, products, and pallets
+ Keep workstations stocked and organized
+ Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely
+ Learn production machines and printing equipment
+ Cross-train in different production areas
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
+ Follow all safety, PPE, attendance, and phone policies
