The General Production Worker plays a critical role in ensuring pressed letters, numbers, and nameplates are freed from the outer layer of scrap. This position requires flexibility to work in various areas as core competencies are developed, with assignments varying based on business needs.

**Responsibilities**

+ Conduct quality inspections of garments and graphic transfers.
+ Press componentry onto garments for decoration.
+ Count and pack garments and transfers accurately.
+ Follow job operating procedures and guidelines meticulously.
+ Fill out hourly production record-keeping sheets correctly.
+ Complete quality records accurately.
+ Use tools such as craft picker hand tool, scales, rulers, and t-shirt ruler guide efficiently.
+ Perform manual activities including movement and storage of products, materials, and pallets.
