Job Summary
Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality, safety, and productivity requirements in a manufacturing environment, with direct guidance. The role supports Cummins’ commitment to safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)

+ Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
+ Report all work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards.
+ Comply with Cummins HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
+ Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
+ Promote interdependence by looking out for the safety of others.
+ Correct hazards within scope of control and capability.
+ Understand environmental impacts of work and minimize negative effects.
+ Actively participate in required HSE training.
