**What You’ll Do**

+ Operate compression, transfer, and injection molding equipment
+ Produce and inspect custom molded rubber parts to meet quality standards
+ Maintain a safe and organized production workspace
+ Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets
+ Troubleshoot minor production issues and support process improvements
