Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Gwinn, MI
**Pay Range:** $21.00 per Hour
**Shift:** M-TH 6am-4:30pm with OT Shifts on Fri and Sat when needed

+ Maintain the “Order, Organization, Cleanliness” of the factory.
+ Maintain accurate paperwork.
+ Follow all documented standard operating procedures.
