**Job Title: Production Associate**

**Job Description**

This role involves various duties including: operating industrial machines, repetitive lifting, loading/unloading, using hand tools, and other general labor tasks in a high-volume production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate industrial machinery
+ Use basic hand tools
+ Use quality instruments, such as calipers and other measuring tools
+ Perform repetitive manual lifting, pushing, and moving of materials
+ Withstanding hot work environment
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S and housekeeping standards.
+ Work overtime as needed, including 2- to 4-hour extensions at the end of shifts and occasional Saturdays with advance notice.

+ Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
