The Production Associate plays a hands-on role in food processing, grading, and packaging within a temperature-controlled, cold-storage environment. Working on an assembly line, this position focuses on preparing seafood products to precise specifications while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and sanitation.

**Responsibilities**

+ Cut, clean, trim, and portion seafood products according to established company specifications and quality standards.
+ Sort and grade raw materials and finished goods by size, weight, and overall quality to ensure consistent product output.
+ Package products into trays, bags, or boxes and operate automated vacuum sealing machinery to prepare items for retail and wholesale distribution.
