**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Job Description**
This role involves working in a manufacturing environment to load tungsten powder into processing equipment, monitor automated machinery, and ensure accurate measurement and handling of materials throughout the production process. You will support continuous operations by performing general production tasks, operating machines safely, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail while working on rotating 12-hour shifts.

**Responsibilities**

+ Load tungsten powder into boats and prepare them for processing through automated equipment.
+ Operate and monitor automated machines that process tungsten powder by removing oxygen from the material.
+ Measure and portion tungsten powder accurately into boats to meet production specifications.
+ Load and unload materials, including handling items weighing up to 25 pounds, in a safe and efficient manner.
