Production Associate

**2nd Shift Production Associate/Assemblers**

**$23/hr**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assemble radiators and copper coil systems using blueprints and work orders
+ Measure, cut, and build components to exact specifications
+ Use hand tools, drills, and measuring equipment daily
+ Install screws and brackets for metal components
+ Maintain production timelines and quality standards
+ Communicate equipment or process issues to leadership
+ Participate in 5S organization and cleanliness initiatives
+ Follow all safety and company procedures

**Required Qualifications**

+ 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience
+ Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures accurately
+ Comfortable using hand and power tools
+ Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Basic computer skills
+ Understanding of PPE requirements (steel-toe boots, eye/ear protection)
