**Job Title: Packaging Associate**

**1st Shift 6:00am - 2:30, $17/hour.**

**Job Description**

The Packaging Associate works in the rollers department to support the production and packaging of paint rollers and related tray kits. You operate and assist with machines that manufacture rollers, assemble tray sets, and perform general packaging and labeling tasks to ensure products are prepared accurately and efficiently for distribution.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work in the rollers department to support production and packaging activities based on operational needs.
+ Operate or assist with machines that manufacture paint rollers, including equipment that cuts fabric, glues it to the roller, feeds it through the line, and packages the finished rollers.
+ Assemble tray sets that include 9 rollers, paint trays, and roller handles, ensuring all components are correctly packed.
