As a Production Associate, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the manufacturing of high-quality sporting goods. **Pay Range: $18.50**
**Shift: 1st M-Th 10 hour days**
**What's the Job?**
+ Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing processes and procedures.
+ Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure compliance standards are being met.
+ Prepare and apply resin mixture for mold cavities and pattern application.
+ Inspect molded helmets for any defects and clean mold cavities as needed.
+ Trim and sand helmets to meet product specifications.
