The Solder Utility I Production Associate is an entry-level role in the solder department that supports manufacturing operations by performing basic soldering tasks and assisting with furnace operations. This position focuses on accurate, efficient, and safe execution of core solder processes while maintaining high quality standards. The role does not include supervisory responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, detail-oriented production work in a team environment.
