Production Associate

Shift: 2:45 PM-11:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $23.55 an hour + $.75 shift differential

+ Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment according to standard procedures
+ Perform general production tasks including assembling, processing, packaging, and labeling food products
+ Inspect products to ensure quality specifications and food safety standards are met
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)
+ Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
+ Adhere to company policies, USDA/FDA regulations, and food safety guidelines such as HACCP
+ Assist with product changeovers and equipment setup/breakdown
+ Accurately complete production documentation and reports
+ Identify and report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or product quality issues
+ Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
