Production Assistant

Our Manufacturing Division is expanding! We are looking for a Production Assistant in the automotive parts manufacturing (two-wheels) to ensure efficient, cost-effective and high-quality production of automotive components. This role involves designing workflow systems, implementing lean manufacturing techniques, improving productivity, reducing waste and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist on packaging process, outgoing and incoming quantity checking.
• Prepare material ordering detail, manage paperwork and documentation.
• Confirmation on receiving item quantity and size.
• Material controller (key person) to issue material for production run smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions from production managers or supervisors.
• Provide support to the production team.
• Able to work well under pressure.
