Production Assistant Engineer / Engineer

Position 1 Job Responsibilities: . Provide overall technical support for production operations. . Conduct equipment and process qualification activities as required. . Develop and maintain SOPs, machine manuals, and equipment-related documentation. . Identify and drive process improvement, automation, and engineering projects to enhance productivity, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs. . Oversee production control activities, including rework, scrap/loss disposition, process deviations, validation protocols, new process implementation, and process changes. . Manage, supervise, and develop technical and engineering staff to support operational objectives. . Coordinate with the Production team on machine installation and facility layout planning. .
