**Job Description**

The Production Assistant supports the safe and efficient operation of filling and packaging lines in a manufacturing environment on 2nd shift. This role assists with operating equipment, packaging finished products for customer orders, and maintaining a clean, audit-ready work area while following all policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
