Production Assembly Operator

Production Assembly Operator is in charge of executing the production processes in a production environment. They have to be able to independently execute those tasks and are actively involved in achieving the production objectives. In order to do this they also need to actively follow the established Kaizen processes and the corresponding Working Instructions. Production Assembly Operator will be trained on multiple processes and have successfully completed a cross training. Production Assembly Operator is measured by achieving the given objectives in terms of quality, quantity and according to the deadlines.
