Join our dynamic team dedicated to constructing trusses for residential homes. As a Production Assembler, you'll be an essential part of our methodical production line, ensuring the precise assembly of trusses using detailed manuals. We are looking to add long-term employees to our second shift assembling team.

**Responsibilities**

+ Correctly place lumber onto the truss-making machine.
+ Properly place clamps using a hammer.
+ Operate a rolling machine to secure clamps into the wood, ensuring the truss is held together.
+ Work outside frequently, stacking trusses in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and sunshine.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in assembly and use of hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
