**Job Description**

This role involves hands-on production work at an individual workbench, assembling customer orders using a variety of hand and power tools. You will measure, cut, drill, and fasten materials with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and consistent effort. Success in this position relies on careful attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks safely and efficiently while meeting production expectations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble customer orders at a dedicated workbench using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required.
+ Read and interpret tape measurements accurately to cut and assemble materials to precise specifications.
+ Operate saws, cordless drills, staple guns, and other tools safely and efficiently to complete production tasks.
