Production Assembler

Manpower is partnering with a leading client in Columbia, MO to hire **Production Assemblers** for newly created roles. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a company that rewards your hard work, we want to hear from you.

**Available Shifts & Pay:**

+ **1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift**
+ **$18.49 - $20.06/hour**
+ **Overtime:** Potential for additional hours
+ **Pay Increases:** Scheduled bump every 6 months for the first 2 years

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Load raw materials or parts into production machines
+ Remove finished products from machines
+ Package and label completed items
+ Perform large-scale assembly tasks
+ Accurately record production results on required forms

**What We’re Looking For:**

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
+ Comfortable standing for the entire shift
+ Ability to accurately read a tape measure
