Production Assembler

**Job Title: Production Assembler**

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble and cover terminated connectors on a variety of cable assemblies, including D-sub and circular military connectors, in accordance with work instructions and customer specifications.
+ Torque circular backshells to specified values using torque wrenches and strap wrenches, ensuring proper fit and secure connections.
+ Apply Teflon tape, metal tie bands, and other securing materials to properly secure cables and assemblies.
+ Apply sealants, adhesives, glues, epoxies, and injectable molding compounds into and around connectors and backshells as required by customer specifications and manufacturing instructions.
+ Apply wrap-around and shrink labels to cable assemblies in precise locations based on measurement requirements, blueprints, and work instructions.
