Responsabilidades:
Provide direct support to the Production Manager in daily administrative and operational routines
Prepare, update, and analyze production KPI reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely availability
Build and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, pivot tables, and reports to support performance management
Analyze operational data and identify deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities
Follow up with internal and external suppliers related to maintenance activities and operational support
Support the coordination of pending actions, deadlines, approvals, and documentation
