Voor de divisie Unilin Panels zoeken we een ervaren Productie Manager die de afwerkingsafdeling van onze Chipboards Unit naar een hoger niveau tilt, met een uitgesproken focus op continuous improvement en operational excellence.
Wat houdt de rol precies in?
Als Productie Manager neem je het voortouw in het verder automatiseren en optimaliseren van de productieprocessen binnen jouw afdeling. Je analyseert performancedata, identificeert verbeterkansen en vertaalt deze naar concrete continuous improvement-initiatieven die onze productie naar een hoger niveau tillen.
Je zet sterk in op efficiëntieverbetering via digitalisatie en automatisatie, met als doel de betrouwbaarheid, output en kwaliteit structureel te verhogen. Je volgt KPI’s nauwgezet op en stuurt proactief bij waar nodig.
