The Product Value Stream Leader is a highly visible position with responsibility for supporting the development and execution of the End to End (E2E) Supply Chain initiatives within the Shoulder Platform. This is an entrepreneurial role, with a mix of strategic and tactical elements that operates within a multi-functional and global environment. Serves as the leader of a portfolio of projects and processes across a broad range of product value streams. Primary responsibility is to optimize supply chain process performance based upon end-to-end thinking, making conscious-profitable tradeoffs, and overall product ownership.
