Product Trainer Cum Supervisor

Visionary Solutions Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated Product Trainer to join our growing team. This position is suitable for someone who is product-oriented and passionate about training and knowledge sharing.
Job Description :
Plan, develop and maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials requirements.
Conduct onboarding training session for new hires.
Requires visiting retail outlets to work closely with the Sales Team and Product Specialist on a regular basis.
Ensure teams develop their sales skills and product knowledge, provide excellent customer service and represent our brand in the best possible way.
Check on Product Specialist (Promoters) interaction with customers, to identify areas of improvement.
Work closely with recruitment agencies for Product Specialist/Promoters hiring.
Conduct group interview for shortlisted candidates.
