Product/Test Engineer

As a Product/Test Engineer, you will be responsible for post-silicon product development activities such as production test definition and characterization, product qualification, bench validation, and radiation testing for high-reliability semiconductor products. In addition, you will support product sustaining and support activities including lot level qualification, yield improvement, test program transfers, etc.. The position is a key contributor to new product development, improving test solutions, and improving yields. What Youll Do: Develop Test and Characterization Plans: Work with design to develop detailed test and characterization plans for new products. Production Test Development: Work with external test engineers to support test hardware and software development, limit setting, and data review.
