About the role - 

• Based in the south eastern suburbs. 
• Mon to Friday with standard working hours
• Permanent full time position
• You'll be reporting to the Technical Director

About your duties -

• Lead product and packaging development projects from concept to execution.
• Formulate new products and ensure compliance with Food Standards Code.
• Scale up lab-developed products to full manufacturing with detailed specifications.
• Conduct and report on factory trials and experimental designs.
• Maintain accurate product specs, labelling, and BOM data.
• Provide technical support across product development disciplines.
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams during trials and investigations.
• Respond to technical queries from internal and external stakeholders.
