Job Summary:
Product Support Specialist shall play a key role in providing the necessary inputs for the decision makers to drive the product business growth profitably.

Job Responsibilities:
* Analyze customers, applications and build a marketing plan to support the team
* Review & analysis of web chat analytics
* Keep the Web updated for all Backplane products
* Quarterly review the price tape file and make necessary revisions in the data loaded in Model N
